CLEAR also has optional add-ons to increase services to your customer and potentially maximize productivity and save costs – all to help minimize the effect on the environment.

Customer contact center. Within CLEAR, one can take orders quickly in three clicks and view a map and picture of the customer location within CLEAR. Orders are created via the optional web portal from the customer, directly entered by customer service or via optional GPS bins.
Service agreements. Used to enter all your services, service frequencies and unique pricing for the customer and to track contract status. Photos, emails and documents can be attached to the customer file.

Work preparation. Create and/or modify your available employees and equipment used in the teams and create the routes. You can also perform a route optimization process to possibly increase productivity and reduce costs.

Planning. Within CLEAR, the time tables,teams, drivers and trucks are linked to routes. The routes, work orders and notes are sent in real time to the on-board vehicle Mobile Order Management app (optional) or printed for the driver.
Operations. Keep an eye on your state of affairs. Job orders, which are scheduled immediately, are sent directly to the in-vehicle app.(optional). Also attach resumes, record notes and document absences for your staff in CLEAR.
Finance. The power of CLEAR is that featurerich invoicing and detailed credit management is performed within CLEAR. You also have all the operational data, at your fingertips, for analysis.
