Paperless communication

The waste industry produces yearly tens of millions of paper documents such as order forms, route lists, legal transportation documents, weigh tickets and invoices. Many of these documents form the input for their own administrative process but also for other organizations in the chain.

The processing of this paper flow and the manual entry of information in the system is labour intensive, error prone and often leads to delays in the administrative process, loss of data and to longer delays by for example weighing locations.

This manual processing increases the administration costs, delays the time when the invoices can be sent resulting in a corresponding delay in there payment. Until recently this paperwork was necessary for the administrative process as well as being required for the environmental legislation and the enforcement of control during waste transport.

With the introduction of is the exchange of paper and manual copying of data a thing of the past.
