GMT is always curious what is going well and what can be better in our service. From now on you can let us know by pressing the green or the red button.


Simple for you, valuable to us

On all our means of communication (email, websites and quotations) our customers can see a red and a green button. When something happens what the customer experience as positive or negative they can directly click on one of the buttons. You can then optionally (max. 160 characters) explain why you clicked. When the customer leaves his or her email address, we can also contact the customer to handle the message. In this way we learn from your experience very quickly.
