MICOS provides transparency in your logistical, financial and document flows.
MICOS is an integrated programme for anyone involved in the aid and equipment services industry. It supports your primary process at sales and purchase, stock, production and service management level. In the secondary process, MICOS provides immediate insight into all logistical, financial and document flows from manufacturer to customer. Thus MICOS maintains all registrations on business associates, products, implementation processes of products and activities. And you will receive answers to practical questions such as: Which products are in storage? How many outsourcing contracts have been awarded? Which consultant carries out which fitting? etcetera.
MICOS collects and organises all structural data and is tailored in detail to meet the practice needs of the aid and equipment services industry. The suite also supports the use of GPH encryptions, A-GPH and aid costs. Moreover, expense claims can be submitted digitally using VEKTIS standards LH307, AP304 en PM304. Electronic return receipts to submitted expense claims, such as LH308 / AP305 and PM305, are also supported.
The system contains contract terms of paying bodies – e.g. municipalities, health insurers, health services and health organisations – to ensure that sales, service and billing are carried out accurately and in compliance with the agreement, while taking account of the legal standards, authorisation procedure, invoice surcharge and invoice risk surcharge.
