Beenhakker was created from a merger among Beenhakker Rotterdam, RTB Breda, RSA Amsterdam and Van der Lely Rijswijk. Beenhakker operates in the rehabilitation equipment market and has proven to be a reliable and caring partner. Since 1998, the companies have been working with the software application MICOS. The challenge
Peter den Ridder, General Manager with Beenhakker: “We were looking to deploy one central system for the registration of all logistical and financial processes, for both rehabilitation supplies and comfort furniture. We work with one central warehouse and want to have ongoing insight in the real-time and historical data of all product and financial movements (tracking & tracing) per customer, per equipment or per paying body. Our customers, the equipment users, must be able to report failures 24 hours a day. The business solution MICOS must therefore carry out the proper registration and scheduling of engineers. But QlikView also poses a challenge in the area of management information.”
