Transport management system (TMS)

 

Fleet management


You can enter the master data of vehicles, equipment and containers into the fleet management module and maintain the maintenance data and maintenance schedule of each vehicle. Fleet also registers the financial data of each vehicle. Thus the solution provides easy access to management information.

Transport administration

 In the transport administration, you can create orders and schedules per vehicle and driver. Once the orders have been carried out, prices can be quantified and factored into billing calculations. This way, the transport administration contributes to an efficient process.

Planning screen

The planning screen is used to draw up plans in graphical format. It can link orders, vehicles and drivers to each other in a flexible manner.


Onboard computers

In the onboard computer module, you can establish and synchronise interfaces with onboard computers. The module then processes the data generated by the onboard computer.


Internet module


This module can be used by shippers to login online and enter their orders. The orders are processed in real-time with the transport administration, allowing planners to schedule the orders right away. Shippers can also retrieve the track & trace status of their orders in real-time.


Packaging

The packaging module can be used to save all transactions by account holder and loading or unloading location. This provides you with instant insight into how much packaging is held by which account holder. You can print the data and generate an invoice based on same. It is also possible to record and invoice charter packaging.


Tariffs

Standard tariffs can be easily entered into the tariffs module by postcode area, kilometres, weight, hours or a combination of hereof. You can impose a price band for each tariff or define price agreements per customer, including the associated prices, price bands, et cetera.


Invoicing

All jobs are entered into the invoicing module. You can then edit, print and process them for the financial administration.


Personnel management

The personnel management module contains all personnel master data, such as name, address, driving licence, whether or not employee has an ADR certificate (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of dangerous Goods by Road) and days off. You can also indicate availability of personnel for scheduling purposes. Hours and expenditures can be recorded, and by entering the collective bargaining agreement (CAO), you can create a salary history.


Management information

Management information can be retrieved via the costing module. You can select the data you want to be displayed; various combinations are possible. Moreover, management information can also be retrieved from the statistics option in a number of modules. To do this, you can either select standard lists or enter different combinations.
